Ebb & Flow is the seasonal publication of Kayak Newfoundland and Labrador. It is published twice a year, and is distributed to all club members as one of the benefits of KNL membership. It is also placed in the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Library, and is made available throughout the province at outdoor sports stores and outfitters. We also exchange the magazine with other kayak clubs in Canada and throughout the world.

We invite you to read our back issues on-line (available 45 days after initial publication). We also invite your submissions; please see our submission policy below.
